Just a quick update to say that I’ve applied for this site to be listed at several web directories today. You can find their links on this page.

Just a small update to say that we have revised Laszlo Kreizler’s biography. I have also edited the The Alienist’s timeline and series of events. It should be a lot easier to read but if you notice any grammatical errors, please let me know. The site has also gotten a new affiliate so please visit the links page to take a look. :) Edit: Since writing the above, I have updated the possible layout of 283 East 17th street found on the places page.

I’ve added a significant amount of content to the site today. I wrote up a first draft (not proof-read, so keep that in mind) of The Alienist’s timeline and series of events. I will look over it tomorrow and correct any grammar or spelling errors, but for now it’s at least 90% complete. I have also added information to the places page, so it’s worth reviewing as well.

The site and the forums are now open! :) It will probably take a while for people to find out about 17thstreet.net but we (Cait and I) hope that once the site has had some advertising, discussion at the forums will start to occur. If you enjoy the books and/or studying the era that the books were set in, please feel free to join up and get posting. Don’t forget to have a look around the rest of the site as well though; there’s lots of interesting information available at the moment on the characters and the era. Enjoy!
